ok, kinda stupid

I'm a bit new to the game, and im working on the side quest, "Bloody Mess" i've got the wolf blood, but i cant find my mailbox! lol, also, how do you go to different parts of the city? any help will be appreciated! thanks much

Your mailbox is right by the door you go in to go to your haven at the pawnshop. At the bottom of the stairs. The door is in the alley.

As far as getting to other parts of the city I forget which quest sends you out first but you have to do so many quests in Santa Monica before you get a taxi in that town. You use the taxi to go to other places. First place would be Downtown.
