In the cellar of the Grey House you can grab that message of how lady grey trappped her older sister in the cellar and she died of suffication can you take that note and get lady grey arrested.
I don't recall of message I'm afraid and Lady Grey is mayor and loyal why would she do that I remember finding a chest and some barrels and finding a Book of Lady Grey on the Shelf but it did not contain information about killing her sister

Well, when I found the note, I figured that it would start some kind of mini quest or sub-plot, but to my eternal dismay, it didn't even come up later. I though this was sorta cruddy but I'm evil and, as such, don't really care much for the innocent

Oh the note I am truely mistaken, yes I found it but as getting her arrested its highly unluckly the guards would believe it and Lady Grey wouldn't own up to it

Lol, I post less than you and I know WAY more about Fable...
You do evil renown poses such as Bloodlust Roar and such, do that for about 1 - 2 minutes she will give in. Lady Grey and the Barber both like these poses, they have different taste than other NPCs.
