where is the third flail of ages head?

alright well i got the fire one from the golem room and the acid one from the dude glacius but when i checked in the lion statue in the first area it wasnt there i have unfinished business, tactics and item uprgrade installed is just different with one of these mods or is something screwed up

I haven't played it through myself, but I believe that the head troll in the dungeon has the third flail head if you have that component of Tactics installed.

It's the mod - the tactics mod moves the cold head of the flail and gives it to Torgal in the basement. Ergo, you have to kill him to complete the flail of ages.

I missed the third flailhead (@$#!) because I didn't look for secret doors.
