hope this helps...

my handi capped friend played this entire game on the joystick, so yes...if you have a mouse, it would aslo be possible with a certain configuration(mouse 2 go forward, mouse 1 attack, scroll key[mouse 3] as jump, mouse scroll up as use key, mouse scroll down as use dicipline). That is only for the mouse however, if you do not have a joystick. Joysticks(and some other one handed game pads), have many more buttons and options. I think you can probably figure out some other options, but yes, this game is very much playable with one hand, as you can have all the primary(and most used) options on the mouse or joystick, and have all the secondary bottons(change weapons, change disciplines, etc) on the keyboard.
