Well, first of all you do need a house with beds (not neccesarily a maritial home, but just a home with beds). When that's taken care of, talk to your wife around 10 PM (anyone who can read an analog clock should be able to figure out when that is). It usually helps to give her some chocolates or somethin' first. She'll say " *yawn* I'm going to bed. Care to join me?" if you say yes, the screen will black out and you'll hear some rustling-type sounds and then your wife says:
If you're evil:
"Oooh, you're naughty!"
If you're good or neutral:
"*typical intercourse sounds*"
Afterward, she'll say something like "Thanks for brightening up my day"
If you have sex with your wife multiple times, she'll (after a short time) buy you stuff on regular intervals, from food and beer to weapons (I just went to visit her one day and she gave me a master's greatsword augmented with sharpening, piercing, and fire )

From my experience just use the following advice:
1. Make sure your attractiveness is at 100+ and scariness is below -50. The easiest way is to have bald haircut, working mustache, sideburns beard with the Fire monkey Tattoo and wear the Bright Will User suit.
2. In terms of getting her to sleep with you all you need is to catch her in your house. Give her one cheap gift like chocolates or roses plus lots of manly arm pumps and sexy heroe poses and she will be begging to sleep with you. You can get them all worked up to a point they sing all the time about how in love they are in love and even JoB couldnt take this away. I like to make sure I sleep with them several times of the day.
3. Now with Lady Grey just visit her earlier morning or right at night. Just do the same thing. She is no different the other woman you married.

I think Lady Grey is kinda different, on my first go instead of Manly Arm Pump or Sexy hero Pose I did Bloodlust Roar and that Evil Laugh and then she turned green fairly fast, using about 13 of them. Or my game could just be f'ed up.
