A kick ass thing
Do you want to have a kick ass cleric. This can be done very easily. If you have Anomen. What you do is that you kick him out of the group. When he asks you if you whant him to leave you anwser "no, don´t go". (or something like that). This will grant you, if Anomen is in a high level (recomend level +28, of this I am not kompleatly sure) you will gain an item of power. The globe of Lathander. This will grant the cleric you have with one 6Th and one 7th extra level spell. Also 5 % magic resistens and +1 in Strength. Also you can sell it for 1500 gp. This can be done as many times as you want. Have fun.

Endless cheese. You want to have a kickass anything...? Work a character up for it. A lot more sense of accomplishment in the long run.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Yes... but accomplishment isn't necessarily the same as kicking ass. Also there is a sense of power in having a cheap kickass character that you did nothing for...
Admit it. Power is everything, the faster you get there the more time you can have to enjoy it (until you get bored... then you want more)
*cough cough* I mean yes I agree power must be responsibly earned so wisdom and a sense of accomplishment accompanies it. The other way just leads to endless system abuse and ruination.

LOL! No, I just recommend against taking a cheat or cheese character to do everything, not because it's immoral--but because it's one of the dullest things in the universe. It's like being asked to write 1+1=2 on a chalkboard a thousand times in a row. You know you can't lose; you know things aren't going to change; you know that unless you fall asleep at the keyboard you'll be able to kill everything in sight. That's not power. That's tedium

But then it leads to natural questions like...
"How fast can I kill everything"
"How creative can I get"
"Can I kill something in one hit?"
"Can I overload my graphics engine with spell effects?"
See??!!! There are ways of amusing yourself when you have godlike powers... And if you can't do these as fast as possible.. .then obviously your character(s) aren't powerful enough.
Even when they are you have to ask youself...
"How fast can 1 character kill everything?"
"How bout 2?"
XD

Bah I say. Bah.
Personally, I try to avoid cheese, unless the game demands it. The BG games, I think, can be played without cheese and just be as much fun. <Shrug> Everyone plays games differently. Just as long as you enjoy yourself!
Cheers,
TGHO

Remember that i´m playing as a monk. They can´t get so much cool stuff. no weapons or armour. That is a character that you have to fight alot, to gain power.
