how do you beat sion he never dies is there a certain order you have to answer him

Keep hitting him. After the third set of dialogue he will crawl off and die if you say the right things. He had about 420 HP when I fought him.

If you have enough persuade, you can also lower his attributes (including will saves) twice during the fight, which leaves him rather wide open to stasis field or insanity (and a frozen Sion is not that hard to beat...).
