-My graphics are messing up when i get near water. ex: Sta. Monica beach, sewers. How can i fix this?
-The boat that Prince LaCroix sends to take me to the Dane isn't appearing. Is there something I did? I already talked to nines rodriguez. could it be because i did quests after talking to nines??? Im clueless.
-What is better for a brujah vampire? In terms of weapons, and mental attributes.
-The necromantic quest in downtown is messing up. When i met milligan, i left the building, when i came back he was gone. How do i complete the quest now? Are these problems fixed in the patch? Please advise. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Graphics problems - Try downloading the latest drivers for your graphics card or by a new one

The boat - It's easy to miss it. It's out on the water. Try snooping around off shore

Skills & Weapons - Skills have little to do with a vampire's clan. A Brujah can be just as good a hacker as a Nosferatu. The question is, how do you want to play the game? Personally, I preffer the quiet stab-you-in-the-back approach so I had a decent sneak skill, high security and hacking. It's also a good idea to have at least one dialogue skill handy (I suggest persuade or intimidate). Research skill can be usefull, especially if you're carefull about using the books at the last possible moment for the maximum effect. Some skills are mostly useless, such as Finance and Investigation.

Necromantic quest - Milligan is supposed to go away. When you enter the hospital go left. You should be in a small room with a computer and a floor grate. Look near the grate, you'll find a card that Milligan dropped. That'll tell you where to find him

For the boat, turn your gamma all the way up in options, Visuals. Its very, very, very dark and well hidden, and many a preson has come to this forum on their knees trying to find it. It shouldn't be too hard once you have the gamma up.

Possible Spoilers:

As for the Necromantic quest:
If you've already found Milligan's buisness card, he'll be in the skyline apartments, #1 I believe(in the closet upstairs)
