Why did you give up on the first place??? I love the game and I'd say reconsider!

2 Reasons

1. I got Halo 2
2. I got Morrowind, which is like Fable, only 10 times bigger.

But, thanks I will give it a try. ;)

Those are two fair reasons...

Like I said in some other thread.. I didn't like Morrowind cuz of the graphics, I guess the story is somewhat more complete but I still liked Fable better.

I have no coments on Halo as I didn't even play the 1st one... I just don't like shooters 8-|

Fable is easy.. it really is but you get to enjoy it even after you've killed the bad guy, I work 10 hours a day and I like to go hom eplay with my kid and talk to my wife for a while and then sit and play... I guess I just get tired of tasks which make me thing for hours and hours... this game lets me chill out and walk around killing all those dumb as punks :D

There's a lot more to the game than the core quests mate.
A hell of a lot more. (and for the record I think the Sword of Aeons is ridiculous. It looks almost like something out of Final Fantasy)

Technically no, Squaresoft "stole" those names:
Aeon: also eon, stands for long or indefinite period also an age of the universe.
Ifrit: A powerful genie in arabic legends.
Shiva: Indian god{A man}, no need to say more.
Ixion: A Greek mortal who lusted after Hera and got punished.

I can list out all the Aeon names and where those Japs stole them off but can't be stuffed, if you want it then ask for it.

Aeons is out of the english language, errr... technically no since Aeon doesn't have any plural associated with it. It's a made up word!

If you gave up on Fable, I would see no reason to play the thing through. I only realised I didn't like Fable until after I was done playing it. Basically I threw away 20-30 hours of my life.

quite a lot of Japanese media (Manga, Games etc) is based on mythology.
The Neon Genesis: Evangelion series is a good example.

fable is probably 1 of the most great RPG'z ive ever played. other than morrowind. i can get over the graphics part. and who cares if you have halo 2. theres a lot of people i know that have halo 2 and fable. and they still play both games.

There is also so many wayz to play through the game. You can be evil, good, neutral. You can use melee weaponz, ranged weaponz. and you can use magic. think outside of the box. Jeez

Sure, the story is always the same boring. I'm on my 10th game, perfecting the ultimate character{No scars, full stat before fighting Jack etc..}, that's basically the only reason I'm still playing.

If you ever will post that at the Lionhead or BBB's Troll forum, trust me they will give you so much flames and reasons you will feel ashamed for posting. I've seen somefanboys getting bombed there until they never posted again.

Evil, boring hack n' slash.
Good, a bit too standard.
Neutral, pathetic.
