Is the ring of Azura what you get when you finish the main quest? I vaguely recall having gotten some kind of ring after she spoke to me..

Eleidon's Ward is from a tomb/cavern in the northern section of the island, check this site and look under items, it will tell you exactly :)

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

get the bloodmoon expansion and go behind The Mead Hall, and look in the hollow tree trunk. You'll get a few great items that'll help you greatly. Among them is a Ring (i forgot it's name sorry :( ) that (if my memory is serving me right) gives you +# night eye* and +# marksmen. And for the fatigue gaining part, enchant an item. It shouldn't cost too much, and would probably fit on an extravegant clothing :)

*azura's ring also had a certain amount of night eye i believe
