Imperial chain Greaves (Medium)
Imperial Chain pauldrons (heavy)

Is that a glitch or bug in the game?

maybe i'm naiive, but it think it's intentional and purposly put in my Bethesda :)

In my game the Imperial Chain Pauldrons are medium.. Try altering their weight in the Construction Set.

Yep sounds like bug in basic Indoril armor..
