Red glowing cheeks

On one of the title sequences i see an evil character (with proper horns) and his cheeks have this glowing red/orange stuff emitting from them.

do i need to be really evil and highly trained in magic to achieve this or is it another feature that was removed at the last moment?

Due to grphical mistakes, sometimes the red light emit from your eyes shine on your cheeks instead.

what the character has is similar to maze's cheeks but red instead...

and yes you need to be quite evil to have this glow, just like the blue one you get when you are in fact very good

Wrong, you get blue glow when your magic is at a certain level and also depending how much magic you ghave upgraded.
And wrong, you supposed to have red glow from your eyes when fully evil, the cheeks are a mistake in graphics.

EDIT: By the way, the starting guy is wearing a Assassin suit which actually covered the lower half of his face. His cheeks isn't glowing, it's his eyes that glows which the red light shifted to the top half of the Assassin Shirt.
