By pressing the default 'C' key,it will open up your caracter sheet. You can observ the humanity points right on the top of the sheet.+ you can add humanity for experiance, but it's quite a waste.

Unless your a Brujah with humanity three, in which case walking past a cat is enough to trigger a frenzy! Then it might be time to put a few exp points into humanity

Has anyone found any special dialogue choices for characters with only 3 points of humanity?

I have got the feeling that this game treats humanity just as a shield against frenzy whereas in Redemption(*ducks and covers*) it had at least an influence on which ending you could get.

Peace.

Good point! The game did promise that didn't it?

I'm'a gonna go back when I have some free time over the next few weeks and play as a Ventrue again from start to finish.. Only this time I'm going to murder, lie, stab, bleed, cut, roar and kill my way through every plot untill my friends and enemies alike are hung, bloodless, from the rafters of my haven for my enjoyment... And I spose I'll tell you if I notice any different options.

Don't expect an answer quick thou... I'm gonna enjoy this bloody killing spree WAY to much to go quick. I'm sure someone else will already have an answer by then.

I'll tell you one thing pennypincher... losing humanity takes time. I once went on a major "thaumaturgy" rampage killing the entirety of downtown hollywood (blowing up most of them with blood boil, pretty mascarade violating). It got to a point where it would say "criminal violation" and I could hear crickets chirping, because every human in a miles radius was dead.

Did I lose enough mascarade to finally find out what happens? Nope... stopped recieving violations when I got down to 3 or 4. Same with humanity... all of a sudden drinking the blood of a cop I chased down an alley didint faze me at all.

Sigh... this game has less of a rampage deterrent than I would of expected.

I have a Toreador with humanity 3, who I'm playing as the most evil, selfish jerk I can think of. I also have a Nos with 10, and the dialogue options do seems to reflect it from time to time, particularly with important characters. They don't exactly get more 'beast-like', just more... apathetic, I guess.
I haven't been able to get my humanity lower than 3 yet, even with a Tory, but I'm only 3/4 of the way through the game with that one. I guess I'll have to start eating babies with Pisha or something, because I've done just about everything else.
Sort of refelcts the PnP rules, though. The more extreme your Humanity, the harder it is to move it further in that direction. Someone with a score of 3 wouldn't bat an eye at the murder of innocents, just as someone with a 9 would have to do something pretty special to get that last point to 10.

Well, a friend o mine and myself tried and tried and tried for hours to lose humanity below three last night. We ended up going from different parts of the city to find more people to violate! We even tried setting ourselves on fire and then trying to feed off people so that they would burn to death in a slow mix of pleasure and pain...

Looks like 3 is as low as the game will let us go.. At least, as low as we can go from a simple, bloody, brutal rampage. We were caught in a bit of a catch 22 when we lost a few masquerade breeches... We would try and leave the scene of our murders, and hunters would attack. Killing the hunters in the street breeches the masquerade, calling more hunters, who we breeched the masquerade while killing.. So on, so forth.

That's interesting! Mind to do a little research? ;) I am curious what happens,
when you lose all your masquerade. (Well, i know you lose the game, but is there a special cutscene or something?)
On my play-through i eventually hit humanity 10, but i still thought the dialogue options were *far* too cruel. After all you should be a real nice guy with such a lot of humanity. (Considering, you start with 5(?) when you are freshly turned and haven't been spoiled by any feeding yet...)

oh, and HAPPY NEW YEAR everybody :D

hi all i didnt know if anyone had noticed this in the game but you can raise your humanity by dancing in the nightclubs it may take about 5 minutes of dancing but a good way to keep your humanity up.

ps.i believe you can only raise it by one point per club.
