wHAT THE heck do i do with the modified hold out blaster

Hold Out Blaster

Show the evil Duros merchant the blaster. This opens up the smuggling quest and then you can either complete the missions or turn him to the TFS.

Please avoid writing so much of the title (and post for that matter, if the question should arise) in captial letters.
It is bad net-etiquette because it is considered shouting.

I've edited your title and switched around captial with noncapital letters.
