I have a Hallowbrook hotel problem

*Sigh* I'm at the part where I jump down the elevator shaft and it would technically be the cutscene where heather poe would get killed, but I never met her so I am not supposed to see that cutscene. Still, the screen pans the cieling and goes widescreen as if there will be a cutscene, but then the image freezes. The music is still playing and my character makes grunting noises every few minutes, but I can't do anything after this point but hit escape and hit F9 and it will say that you "can't save in the middle of a frenzy". I weeded through all 20 pages of this forum but I didn't spot anything related to this and the new patch doesn't say that it would fix this problem. Pleeeease Help.

Nevermind. I reloaded, then entered in in stealth mode and it worked fine. I was worried because I had tried it twice and both times it froze at the cutscene, but I guess 3 times is the charm? I toggled with the console a bit turning the clip on and off, turing target off and typing in no heather as well.
