I was playing the game when i discovered this trick.
1. Get a shopkeeper to follow you away from his shop, far away but within the same area
2. Get him pissed (6 beers should do it)
3.Run back to his shop and nick everything in sight

Something good...
I'm sure many of you who have completed the game know of this and regret not taking full advantage.
Location:Arena
Requirements:Have the ability to steal very high(Guile).(Doesn't have to be high but I recommend it.
What to do:
If you would like to you can do this before you are called apon.(The foreign guy annoyed the crap out of me and prevented me from doing this so I started doing it after the first round.) When you are called apon go in and fight the first round.(Really easy just bees and what not.) Anyway it will ask you if you would like to go on; pick no. Go back to where all the items are, the store, and start stealing all you want. (No one will stop you. Not sure why.(Note: you may have to be evil and very scary to accomplish this.)) Anyway steal all the stuff and if you want to make a quick buck or two and the plate chest just happens to be lieing out,items vary, steal it and sell it back to the guy. You can make a lot of money doing that. Or if you just want to be greedy steal all the items and go back to the arena, fight round one, and return to the item shop where there will be different items every time you do this. It's a good way to become the richest and most powerful man in the game at a very early stage.
Gain:I got around 1-2 million on two different characters by doing this.
No problem for the tip. It is a really good way to get money.
