The (lack of) difficulty in the game

Post by Gigiya »

Even on "difficult," none of the fights in the game are especially hard. Has anyone tried playing through the game using only their main character unless it's necessary to use others? I figure this might make things a bit more challenging. And, if you've already played it through using two or three characters often throughout each game, you've pretty much seen all you'll need to see about characters' interactions with quests and the such. I'm probably going to give this a shot.

Yes I'm definitely going to go through the game solo, my next time around after I beat it this second time. I found that I barely even used my npc's when they were with me in the first place and Malachor V by myself was a piece of cake so why not give it a go.

if you are playing the game as a soldier, the game is a lot easier. i've found that if you play as a sentinel or counselor, it is more difficult at the beginning -- at least with melee.

Yeah, but on difficult with all three different classes, I was still able to beat the game without dying once. It's disappointing.
