It seems like there ought to be no way to complete quests for the different factions but the walkthrough says differently

Is it possible to complete all the quests for more than one major faction? Or just possible to do some number of quests before choosing which to finish?

Also if I'm tagging 2 magical skills, is it best to tag evasion or unarmed? Or do you have some other approach? The tag skills for fallout seemed easy by comparison to me.

If you're going with magic for your offense, DO NOT put any points into and type of non-magical offense. Evasion would be OK, but it's not necessary. I'd recommend Speachcraft or whatever that skill is called. It'll open up a lot more dialogue and give you profitable alternatives to fighting.
