Eye of the Raanaar

Hello again, it appears I am the only one posting threads here LOL

Okay, I was running around through the Raanaar Ruins in Act III. Went and found the "lost relic" for Raze and noticed that, when I hit ALT, a gem lit up in the eye of the Raanaar statue located in the same room. I was able to click on it and even add it to my inventory, where it promptly disappeared. Is this an item I am going to need or just another thing added for scenic fluff?

It’s the sensible, logical thing to do, of course, which is why we don’t do it.
