i started a new charcter i join house redoran. so i cant join the other houses but when i went to odai plateu the hialu strong hold is comple. also when i go to uviri grave or something is also complete but i never join house telvani. also when i go inside theres a mage name uviri grave and she atacks me. i play on xbox .

Have you built your stronghold? If so, this is normal. If not, I don't think it is.

no the whole stronghold is complete with centurions outside and a complete wizard tower. same on odai plateu.

You have to kill the people there anyway so it doesn't really matter if you kil 'em now, or is that just Telvanni

I believe it's Hlaalu house missions to kill off Redoran and Telvanni rival stronghold holders, but I recall the Telvanni woman to be hostile regardless of whether the PC is in Hlaalu or Redoran. There shouldn't be any retribution for killing her.
