how many propylion index are there so far i found 10. also the dragon in ebonhart looks like is wrap around a index is it possible to talk to it or teleport.

It would be funner for you if you just searched for them without help. I only ask for locations and stuff like that if I really need it, thats my opinion anyway. ;)

Well there is earlier thread for this. That contains all locations... and propylon index ''ring'' too..

You cant talk to that dragon and that index wont work without someone creating plugin.
