Good Mod site?

Post by Foodgeek »

I need a site that has lots of BG2 mods.

I found http://silverbow.dwec.org/BGMODS.htm but none of the links work. I want shadowkeeper, and to see what other mods are available. Maybe a mod with more npcs if shadowkeeper doesn't do it for me. Thanks.

Also....what npc would be good to switch to single class thief? Haerdalis? Nalia? Aerie? Mazzia?

Did you check the BG Reference Crossroads thread, at the top of the page?

I tend to use this site

http://www.mistresslair.net/forums/arch ... t-413.html

Although I should point out that this only lists the mods available and where to find them

The most known modsites must be
http://www.weidu.org and
http://www.pocketplanet.net,
with over 200 mods at that last one and the most used mods at the first one.

Edit: shadowkeeper can be found at http://www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper

For listings of all available mods, you'll want to look at http://modlist.pocketplane.net/, which is about as up-to-date as it gets.

And yes, www.pocketplane.net and www.weidu.org come highly recommended. :)

I see all familiar names here. Mind if I pimp here too?

http://www.rpgtalk.com/

One of the largest IE mod download site.

Oh, the link the first poster showed; The site hasn't been worked on in maybe a year. He still points to my very ancient domain. Also, the links have never been updated because TMK all the files were deleted on his previous host because he was using way to much space then he was alowed. He just uploaded the html to Dwec and never fixed a thing.

Guys, this isn't the place to put your links--I should have closed this thread. Put 'em up in the BG Reference Crossroads, which was deliberately made a sticky so everybody could find the latest BG mods. Thanks.

Thread closed.
