Hey... thanks! That is a lot of laughs and fun.

I am looking for a game I can leech on for a few months. I guess this one's not the one....
I guess I won't feel cheated like Alien_Newborn...
Depending on what kind of RPG you like, give thought to Morrowind (on the PC, with tons of mods) or Planescape: Torment (again, PC).
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
(rumor from a reliable source *OXM* says it will not be backwards compatible due to limiting the upgrades)
that's a bit of a bad move isn't it?
one reason why the PS2 sold so well is because people could play their old games on it...
that's quite true. it is more difficult to create a game for a console than it is for a PC. You are seriously limited by the hardware available and so you have to squeeze as much performance out of it as possible. if anything, PC Game programmers can allow themselves to become lazy. I feel sorry for the poor bastards that have got to make Half Life 2 work on the XBox.

As for storage: I have no problems with games spanning more than one disc. PC games did it all the time. (although that will prove difficult with the XBox since the eject doubles as a reset button)
if xbox can handle morrowind goty fable should be a piece of cake. also if you put a mod chip even better.
