fun with pestilence:Path of the bum HELP

Plague for the angels/fun with pestilence/plague bearer sidequest:
I did path of Paul the Ghoul and killed Jezebel Locke
Now I try to talk to the bums, and I can't talk to the baglady if I find her, nor can I find Tin Can Bill near the dumpster.

Do I just give up this part of the quest? Will they ever show up?

Make sure you have gone through all dialogue options with damsel and you should find a bum close to the anarch hangout that will tell you where bill is, there is a van blocking the alleyway until you get the quest going.

Damsel has nothing to say

Yeah, I always try to exhaust my dialoge with characters,
Damsel had nothing more to say to me, and there is no bum to talk to

Argh

After you talk to Dmasel and leave the bar just stand there and look to thw far end of the street. Eventually you should see a bum walk around the corner, thats the guy you need to talk to.

The bum was a little farther down the alley than I expected.
I replayed that section and immediately went to the alley and found him

On that note...

Is there any way to begin the "Fun with Pestilence" quest without Damsel, because I started talking to her, then left before the trigger dialoge. Now I can't trigger the quest and neither Paul nor the bum are "available." Any ideas?

You might try talking to Strauss. He triggers the quest as well. It might reopen dialogue with Damsel. Not sure. I've never had that issue.

I already have the "Plague for the Angels" quest, which introduces a new level of strangeness. I have a quest to talk to someone in the Last Round, yet there is not anyone to whom I can talk to update the quest. I'll try reloading before it, but I already did about 6 complete quests after the bug. ARGH! Okay... fine.

my problem is similar:
first I went to the last round bar, talked to damsel but told her I don't care when she started talking about the plague, because i wanted to recieve the quest from Strauss so I hadn't recived fun with pestiliance nor plague for the angles from damsel,but strauss gave me plague for the angels which asks me to talk with someone in the last round bar.
then i came back to damsel my options are : "can i ask you some questions? ---> nothing right now.

I would be happy if anyone would be able to help.

It works like this. You always receive this quest from Damsel, Strauss can only direct you to her. It doesn't matter in which order you speak to them. If you speak to Damsel first and get a quest, later speaking with Tremere you have a dialog option something like "Good, I'm already looking into it for Anarchs". Then Strauss says something about "What a shame that you work for anarchs and not for Camarilla" and you can reply "I could look into it for Camarilla too", thats it. Now you have a quest and reward from Strauss is waiting you

If you speak to Strauss first he directs you to Damsel for "more information".

I cannot find Tin Can Bill, and Ive looked everywhere! I had already killed Locke and talked to Damsel, and a bum who told me to go find tin can bill, but i still cant find him! Im also investigating the plague for the Camarilla, do I need to speak to Strauss as well?

Tin Can Bill is located at the alley down the left from the Last Round. Follow the alley from the left of the Last Round when you exit it, and it should lead you into an alley that was previously blocked by a blue van. There is a small opening in the right part of the fence. Tin Can Bill is directly left past the fence, practically hidden in teh shadows... Nice.

You do need to talk to a male bum that walks down the sidewalk towards the Last Round, on the same side of the street, or one hiding in the alley behind a building opposite the Empire Hotel, accessible from the car park there.
