Ok, I get thru almost all 3 games and then kill Durk at the castle. Is there anyway I can ressurect his corpse or complete the main quest without talking to him?

Who's Durk? Give me a little info on him, and I can determine whether or not he is important to the game. You may be able to continue without him (unless it says the whole "with this character's death, the thread of prophecy is severed...." schtick)

On another note, there is indeed a command to ressurect any dead NPC in case you kill somebody you didn't mean to. I'm sorry, but I'm affraid I don't know exactly what it is (having usually reloaded when I killed someone important).

Somebody help me out,

open the console, click on the corpse, and type "resurrect"

if you got a journal entry when they died then you are screwed
