Just treat lady gray like any other woman. Oh and she loves it in her bedroom. Make sure you are attractive and least scary. Give her a cheap gift then do lots of sexy poses and arm pumps. Before you know it she will want to go to bed. Just do sleep with her several times and she will be singing like a canary about love.

Yeah, Lady Grey (Or Elvira, as us explorers have come to know her as) can be found at night in her bedroom, where (even though it counts as a container for some reason) you can go to bed with her in her bed. When it's all said and done, she'll say stuff like "Well, all that Guild training certainly did help". Keep it up and she'll buy you augmentations, master weaponry, and eventually The Solus Greatsword (Best non-cheap sword in the game)

Yes it is. I did so tonight. When it's dark out and everyone's in their houses, she resides to her manor and is in her bedroom. From there you can get your freak on.
