To get it on with the mayor, all you have to do is get your attractiveness to 100%. This is best done with the Will User's Bright outfit. And some nice tatoos if you've got them (Golden Harvest is best). Supposedly she gives you nice gifts. Like the Souls Greatsword. Anyways, hope somebody finds this helpful.

you just need to nail her a few times and give her nice gifts like the stones you find (Ruby, Sapphire... etc) you gotta give some to get some

I tried finding her before I shut the Xbox off but I couldn't, so when I go back later I'm gonna look. Two out of the two wives I've visited so far today have given me gifts.
