Lower Order powers

Hey, fellas!

I remember there was a thread asking if we could use force whirlwind when we have force wave already.
I caught Jolee Bindo cheating on me on Tatooine.

I dunno how to include the snapshot as an image on this post, so I attached it. Take a look between the menu and the command. Jolee has Kill. But he was using Choke.

Yeah the other characters seem to be able to use the lower powers but your character can't. Isn't that big a problem really.

Is this a bug? How do I prevent them from using lower order powers?

Its a waste of force points to caste lower order powers. Imagine casting Knight Valor instead of Master Valor.

I'm not sure whether it'd be considered a bug so have no idea if it can be fixed. If I catch one of my team casting a lower force power the easiest thing to do is switch to them and make them cast the correct power. A bit of a pain in the arse I suppose but just see it as the characters being conservative with their force use lol.
