dead people standing up again...?
So, everytime I kill some1 and take his loot, the guy automatically stands up. He is dead, the game treats him as dead but he is standing up, which is pretty annoying. But if I e.g. go in a house and get out again, the body is THEN actually DEAD.
So what seems to be the problem here? I believe it is a mod I have installed and thru taht mod all the people act in this strange manner but I don't know for certain which 1 it is...
Could any1 help me with this problem?

When this proplem started? If you could remember that perhaps you could remember what plugin you use.
Then perhaps you should ''unenable'' and try if there is some change.

Can you list the mods you're running? It might help us figure out the problem.
EDIT: Should have pointed out that an easy way to do this is to post the list of mod ESP/ESM files at the tail end of your Morrowind.ini file.

Not Better Bodies, no. That only affects the appearance of body forms. It's strictly meshes and textures.
I've heard complaints about Giants. You may want to remove those two files.
I don't think you should be running ASE for both Tribunal and non-Tribunal. Check the readme file it came with, but I'm fairly sure you're supposed to run one, or the other. Check whether you should be running 1.0 and 2.0, or just the latter. These won't affect the problem, but correcting this should make your game run smoother and faster.
Most of the ones I recognize (and I recognize most of what you've got) shouldn't be causing problems. I would suggest downloading the TES Plugin Detector. This allows you to compare all your mods to one another, to see if there are any conflicts among 'em. It notes each one. Most conflicts cause no problems, but some (especially area conflicts) are more problematic.
Does this issue happen all the time, or is it localized? In other words, does it only happen when you're in Balmora (just as an example), but not in Seyda Neen? And does it happen outside, or only inside buildings? I'm trying to narrow down possible culprits, here.

Ok, here's the deal:
1)People seem to lack clothing i.e. underwear/bra. The female people (for example in the House of Earthly Delights in Suran) are all BUTTNAKED.
2)When I got the "assassination" attempt, I looted the guy. Suddenly he guy is buttnaked in front of me...doing nothing besides being dead. I can walk thru him and "loot" him again. And this happens to every single monster/person I kill and afterwards loot. Even if I take a Scrib Jelly from a critter, it'll just pop up "standing". And this happens everywhere I go. And as soon as I enter a place that requires a "loading scene i.e. any shop for instance" and then leave the shop, the guy/critter that was standing is now lying and dead, as he/it is supposed to be.
I will send you pictures about this, but I'm at my gf's place now so when I'm at my friend's place again, I'll take a few screenshots to show you what I mean..

What's the HTH.ESP for? That's one I don't recognize.
It just might be Better Bodies, at that, though I suspect the problem really lies in a script for another mod which is somehow allergic to BB. For what it's worth, I suggest removing BB, then doing a clean save-and-load. Then seeing if the problem occurs, again.
To do a clean save-and-load, uncheck the mod before running the game. Load the game, then move to a new area (one that requires file loading). Then save the game, and reload the file you just saved. That will clear out all traces of the previous ESPs you unchecked.

Thing is, a mod can behave perfectly well on its own, but take strong exception to another mod, or a range of mods. That's why I mentioned TES Plugin Detector. It's very good at catching conflicts between area mods, and it sometimes finds strange conflicts that look ridiculous but actually solve more complex problems.
...And you did check the readmes for the sound mods, I hope? Because running two or more ESPs for a mod that only requires one can have very unpredictable effects on your game. As in, affecting anything in it adversely.
