it bugs me to make a new thread about this, but didnt knew where to post it.. so can anyone tell me how to make Knox tell you his plan to manipulate you? i managed to get him speaking long time ago, but forgot how and now i just cant seem to make him, is it a problem if i havent talked to him outside the hospital?

before you enter the club, get perception 3+, persuasion 3+
talk to him and eventually you should get a hold on there is something not right response

WhoCares is exactly right. I'd highlight the "before you enter the club" part, though. So, if you want to raise your stats in order to get the appropriate dialogue option, make sure to do so before you enter the club. You won't receive that dialogue option if you raise your stats inside the club (talking to Knox doesn't matter). I only emphasize this, because it took me several times of experimentation to figure it out.
