handbag?
playing as a nos at the moment, scared the old woman in the diner and picked up a forgotten handbag. anyone have an idea what i have to do with this?

SPOILERS
In order to make sense of those items, you need to have talked to E. on the beach. If you've done that, then the items will soon make sense.
The purse contains clues in it for the 'Thin Blood Quest' E give you. In essence, you're searching for the whereabouts or fate of a vamp named Lilly. With most characters you can just talk to the diner lady to get the next clue ( by talking to the diner lady about 'thin blood' and pale girls). As a Nos, she'll freak out and die on you instead. As such, the only way to get the pertinent clues to work on the quest is to pick up the handbag. It has the same clues in it that the diner lady would have otherwise given you (i.e. a Bailbond and a car key).
There is no real use to the handbag itself. You will use the key inside of it to open an old red car in the parking garage, which you can find out more about by looking up the guy on the Bail Bond at Arthur's Krimeputer in the Bounty Office, and that will give you your next clue.
