I've tried several times to reconcile Therese and Jeanette, but to no avail. One almost inevitably ends up killing the other. I have plenty of points in persuade, and I've also tried as best I can to remain neutral, while still completing the Spiritual Release and Ghost quests. Can anyone help me?

I had this problem too and kept saving before the conversation and trying different approaches - for some reason - perhaps a bug - there are some times when it gets stuck in a dialogue loop and you cannot bring them together.

I failed to integrate them when I had a higher persuade than when I have managed it, so I think that there is a problem. I had not been rude about either - yet the dialogue got in a loop andonly exited when I told one to kill the other.

Define plenty of points in persuade.
To me it seems you don't have enough.

Talk to tourette always chosing the answer where you do not favour either side. Eventually you get to the point where you can say give more responsibility to Jeanette, quit sabotaging Thereses plans. Next you have to ask about happier times.
Give me a bit (just started a new game) and I can probably hand the complete set of answers needed.

at persuasion 4 this is the set of answers needed:

That is 2, 6 times 3, 9 times 1
