Tutu info requested

Post by fable »

Never having used it, I just wondered: does Tutu add notations to the map of Baldur's Gate in BG1? And if not, are there any sites around that have labeled maps of the various city sectors? That's always been a killer when it comes to getting involved in BG1 again, and I'm thinking of doing the BG1/2-Tutu combination.

Quite simple, yes. It adds the names to buildings, much like BG II.

Thanks. I'll consider it, then, provided there's compatibility with the broad spectrum of other BG2 mods.

I believe it's compatible with most, if not all BG II mods. The only tricky thing is installing everything correctly. You should check out the mods' forum to get a genaral view of the mod and other opinions of it.

Good idea. I'll do that.

A lot of BG2 mods such as Banter Packs or Kelsey are pretty irrelevant for Tutu. ;)

However, kit mods such as Song and Silence, Cleric Remix or the Warrior Kit Pack work fine. :)

For tweaks, the Tutu Tweak Pack from Gibberlings 3 has a whole bunch of things, including a lot of the Weimer Ease-Of-Use stuff converted to work for Tutu.
