Occultish Personality - Fetish Statue

Post by SnIpEz »

Hey guys ive searched the forums and i couldnt find the answer i was looking for, hence new thread. Sorry in advance if im blind as a bat and have missed the thread relating to this.
Im nearing the end of the game but i never completed the Pisha quest "Occultish Personality" and i really want the fetish statue so i can get the odious chalice. Im guessing it could come in handy when theres no peeps to feed on. But becuase i did the museum mission w/o picking up the fetish statue is there neway of what some may call "cheating". Is there a code to put in the console that tells the game i actually have the fetish statue, then i can go to Pisha and get the odious chalice. Cheeky i know but i dont have the time, patience or nerve to go and do most of the game again for that 1 thing... actually i dont have a save file that far back  Cheers

Getting the fetish by way of console may not work— I think the quest is scripted so Pisha won't recognize reciept of the fetish if you dropped by to give it to her.

She does say something like "I fear the fetish is lost forever along with the theft of the sarc..." when you receive this quest that late in the game.

You may simply have to resort to use the console cheat to acquire the Odious Chalice instead.

Try this!

I avoided going to see Pisha after taking care of that Haunted LA guy, so I could go to the museum without having to get the fetish, because the last time I went through the museum, I couldn't find the thing to save my life. So I figured I'd save myself the failed quest on that part. But wait, I found it...and went to see Pisha after I got back from the museum. She did say something like, "i fear the statue was stolen along with the sarcophagus...", then I said that I had her shrunken man (after I asked about the prizes she sought), and she gave me the chalice. I think that you might get the above statement about the statue being 'lost' forever along with the sarcophagus instead of stolen, but I'm sure you can still get it. Have you gotten the fetish quest? I'm not sure I remember if you said you did. Anyway, if you want, go to this post http://www.gamebanshee.com/forums/showt ... hp?t=53829 or it's called "Custom Traits, Histories, Disciplines,Weapons, Skins, Items. NO SPAM!! If you go to it, Acleacius has the entire list of quest items, along with lots of other nifty console stuff. You're particular console command is: give item_g_pisha_fetish Hope this helps!

My first time through I forgot to get the quest, but actually still found the fetish. She still took the fetish from me. I missed out on the 1 point of experience, I believe, I would have gotten from having completed the quest. However, she still gave me the pertinent item. So, my inclination is that by using the console to give the fetish statue to you, you will still get the item.

You go girl (i am assuming you are a girl...lol)! Glad the console thingy worked...You're right, playing through the game and just giving yourself quest items would get boring REEEEAL fast. Although, I am thinking about doing it, so I can get those tapes without having to go up against the headrunners, or go into the spooky cemetary, and not have to face those horrible bug*ers until i go to the tzmicse (however it's spelled) mansion...that'll be nice. I'm working hard...I'm determined to finish this game in the next two weeks (I work weekdays and have a toddler so two weeks is ample time I think), I might have to try a couple just to help me see one ending at least before i have to (groan) start over again.
