Ok, so what is it you have to give up to get the mighty Sarevok? A statpoint perhaps?
Also, anyone tried dualling him to a thief? should be a good combo.

Sigurd, Crazed Cleric of Talos, Servant of Evil.
He doesn't look that different from Yoshimo if you dualled him to a Fighter, actually... Only his Deathbringer Assault 'n stuff. Strength raising items still look good on him (and Yoshi).

Ye wanna know what be cool?
Sarevok be a fighter with 17 DEX.
Ye can dual him to thief.
Ye can get him the Use Any Item ability.
Sarevok be havin' grand mastery in two handed sword.
Ye can give him Carsomyr.
Not that I done it, it be the powergamer way.
I kept him as a fighter, fer roleplayin' purposes. I mean, Sarevok a thief? It just nay be soundin' right.....

If you have Imoen in your party and choose the correct dialog options, you can make her sacrifice a part of HER soul, not that it matters much, but it produces some funny talk later
[ 07-05-2001: Message edited by: aVENGER2k ]Imoen: So...Sarevok. You've had an itty-bitty piece of my soul in there for quite a while, now. What's it been like?
Sarevok: (sigh) Well, other than a slight obsession with my weight and the resurgance of a few pimples, it's been simply grand. Now leave me be, girl...

The only thing that annoys me about grabbing Saverok and dumping Korgan (and I've done, anyway) is that, unlike some other games, when you drop a party member, they don't automatically drop their gear. You have to arrange for them to leave it, then move 'em, otherwise they'll stand right on top of your material wealth (assuming you've told them to stay there). A shame they can't wrap it up and hand it all to you in a nice brown box.

You know, that was one of the few good interface aspects of Ultima VII, about six years ago: when you dropped a character, they always said, "I've got plenty of your goods, so I'll just leave it all here for you to decide what to do."

If I was in a party and they dismissed me i'm taking my loot. I'm not giving any of it up. Plus I would want my share of the gold. They should make it that way for roleplaying purposes. It would make the decision to keep a NCP alot harder knowing that they will get all their stuff and some of the gold.

Aerie: Well, if you don't want me I'll just leave. BTW, I'm taking my stuff and some gold.
Jaheira: Nature, take the life she gave!
Korgan: Now ye DIE!
Jan: Your knees are mine!

Gotta say, I like the idea of party members leaving with a full share of gold--or in Korgan's case, two shares; and I suppose, Edwin having his pick of the magical loot. It would make commitment to adding a character into a party mean something.

So, would Boo tear out her eyes, or would Minsc defend her? Or would Minsc have to defend her from Boo?Originally posted by Gaxx_Firkraag:
