Fallout 2 patches

Hi all ive been wanting to download a patch for Fallout 2 cause their are a tone of errors in the game (which you all probably noticed by now on yours) Ive tried http://www.interplay.com but it keeps saying the site has been removed.

Well - Interplay closed quite a while ago, so you can't find them there no.
Try doing a search for "No Mutants Allowed".
They (used to) have the patches for the Fallout-series.

Ok ive found what i wanted. Is it all straight forward?
All ive got to do is Download the Patch and thats it no more errors in the Fallout 2.
The reason im asking this is cause im hopeless and programming lol

Well - there'll still be bugs because not everything is fixed. But many problems are solved by installing the patches.
As a rule of thumb, I'll always upgrade my games to latest patch.

depends on wich patch
but most must be saved in the fallout directory

You don't know how to download a file from the Internet? (but you know how to use the forum?)

I'd suggest you finding some material somewhere about how to use the internet, books, booklets, guides etc.

it's a zipfile
then open it with a zip opener

then extrac all files to the fallout directory

I know how to use the internet, it's just downloading things and saving them in the correct place in order for them to work properly.

Well then - follow the procedue mentioned above.
Download the file, execute it, and select your fallout directory :)
