I'd say if you don't have a doorman and you've destroyed the console you may screwed, dude. Unless you have a save that goes back before the destruction of the console. I don't even know if it will let you place a mine to blow the door open. I know it won't let you pick the lock. I also know this isn't what you wanted to hear.
Open here I flung the shutter, when, with many a flirt and
flutter,
In there stepped a stately raven of the saintly days of yore;
Not the least obeisance made he; not a minute stopped or stayed
he;................................
Perched, and sat, and nothing more.

The following is a quote from Dan Simpson's KOTOR II faq/walkthrough over at http://www.gamefaqs.com

Warning # 1: Under no circumstances do you destroy the console outside the Bumani Exchange Corp. on Telos. LEAVE IT ALONE! If you destroy it and kill the guard, you will make your game unwinnable.

I'm sorry, but you are "pretty screwed". My sympathies.

How many times did you kill the guard? I've killed him twice and a 3rd one spawns back. I've never gone so far as to kill the 3rd guard (so be on the safe side). Maybe if you exit the East Compound and re-enter, the guard will spawn back.

It will only give you four guards to kill. I've killed them all before, but as long as the console is still there you can still get in. It's amazing how much you need to kind of tip toe through this game. I don't think I've ever played a game that makes it so easy to screw yourself out of being able to finish. If it weren't so much fun, I'd throw it away.

Welp, if it makes you feel better, I'm about to start over for the third time. Now, I'm a very saavy player and I'm not a total idiot, BUT I did forget to make multiple saves (I am going to make one at the beginning of each planet now!) and this game is VERY glitchy.

I love it, I will play it, but dang man, throw us a frickin' bone here! We need a Patch!
May the Force be with you...
