Problems with Umar Hills

Hello.
There should be a boy that ask you to solve the problems at Umar Hills...well this boy id gone in my game and that means that I can't get acces to Umar Hills. I am on chapter 5 and just entered Underdark, but this boy hadn't shown up yet.
Is it a bug or what??

Last time I went thorugh the game I ran into the boy in the Government district, in front of the Council of Six building. I don't know if the boy shows up randomly or if he always hangs around there.

I also got the quest to kill Valygar, and the location of the Umar Hills, when I talked to Tolgerias inside the Council of Six building, so that may be a good idea too!

the boy is ad teh city gates or ad the gouverment district and talking to tolgeras should also put the hills on your map.

The boy was in the promenade for me once. I didn't see him thsi game...but I probably talked too Tongerias before he had the chance to popup.

When you have minsc in your party, the little boy will approach you. I think it's the same when your PC is a ranger.

When minsc isn't in your party, he won't show up, you have to find him (Governement district, somewhere between Jan and Viconia).
