Big problem running ToB

Post by Edwin »

Somebody please help me!!!!!
Yesterday i installed my copy of ToB. The installation was successful but when i run the game, i am able to see the introduction movies, but not to start the game. The hand (the cursor in BG) does not move but the music plays correctly....moreover there are some small problems with the graphic: when the hand moves for a few seconds (before stopping..) it moves part of the paintings she's passing upon......
Does anyone have an idea what to do????
Thanks a lot.

PS: i have windows '98....

I am having a similar problem. During combat, my screen switches to the upper left hand corner of the dungeon, away from my characters -repeatedly! It's driving me nuts. I'm on Windows 2000, but I have not applied the patch, because I cannot find it online.

Go to the link Pebz has posted.....you'll find there everything you need. You can also go to the interplay webpage www.interplay.com and then choose divisions-black isle-tob-patch...hope this helps ;)
