Where is the Assasin Rifle?

Where is the Assasin Rifle?

According to the Prima Guide, you can get an Assasin rifle that HK-47 can use, which makes him uber hard. I was just wondering how you get a hold of it. Do you have to chance finding it durring your travels or is there a specific way to obtain it?
