Quests at begining?

Another question, right after you have completed the hero training and you go to the map room and select quests, there are three quests that are present but you can't aquire them because your reknown isn't high enough.

Is there a way to get these? They disapear after you complete the wasp quest. thanks :)

they are dummy quest, you cant take them
