NPC problem -- spoiler alert!

Supposedly after leaving Telos airspace, there appears a handmaiden on the Ebon Hawk. I just completed everything that I could and left Telos, looked everywhere on my ship, and there was NO handmaiden! What??? I am playing a light side game, I "fought" the handmaidens at the hidden academy, plus talked to all of them about various stuff, and yet, when I left the polar base, I didn't get the "expected" handmaiden. I am now at a different planet and the Ebon Hawk cannot take off yet until repairs are made. Will I still find her or is my game messed up?
