How long has it taken you, game-wise?

Was just curious to know how many days it took for you to beat BG? Did you try to do it as short as possible, or did it take you a massive amount of days?

It all depends on how you want to play it. If you want to go on all the side quests and visit every open area in the game, it is going to take you a week or more to accomplish, depending on how much you play every day. If you'd rather go through the game as quickly as possible, I've done it in three or so. Good luck!

No, I meant within the game.
Did it take you 50 game days, or 200 game days?

Just curious because I'm on Day 111 already in Ch. 5, and wondered what the average was.

All of my games take over 400-500 days. Firstly, I'm a pack-rat. I can't stand leaving any treasure or items behind. Secondly, I need to clear every map, remove every speck of fog-of-war and have to uncover all quests, secrets and dungeons.

In real-time, it usually takes me about six months to complete a play-through. Although I have
a) a wife
b) a very busy job
c) a son
d) other interests besides CRPGs

So my play time is limited!

Oh, sorry...in game days it is usually at least over a hundred. It depends on how much you travel between distant areas. I try to keep the resting down if I can help it. I think my average (and I try and do everything possible every time through) is about 250 or thereabouts.
