where is it man i have searched the sewers for so long and i havent found it! i have been every where concieveble! HELP!!!

The answer to your question is: The lady's husband is in the St. Olm's underworks, in one of the connecting tunnels. He has sadly become a corpus stalker, you will have to kill him and bring his ring to his widow. :(
