does anyone have any idea where eno hllalu is? i cant find him anywhere i heard he was in vivec but i dontknow where

well i like tellvani because you get to steal from your guild members and can fight them without getting expelled

The answer is

Eno is hidden under the Arena in the Storage Area. Find a locked trapdoor, on the floor behind some crates which leads to the Morag Tong guild Head Quarters. Eno Hlaalu is at the back of the top level.

I play on Xbox.
I think House Tevlanni is best because you can kill it's councillors/members and get away with it.

Tellvani is the best because of the forts and there are so many more quest options because there is that room full of quest giver people. And if my memory serves me right, you can give newcomers quests, too.

I do like Redoran, because the advancement works well for the style of my play. As a knight with some magic.

Oh yea!

Eno also is the master of the Mourag Tong, you definitely want to join his guild. When you advance enough, you get special quests and when you do enough of them you get a really good dagger, prob the best in the game.
