that made me laugh...

I have looked at the names but they never seemed to have any significance to me since when I used to play Fallout, I didn't have much experience with the internet...

Buffy, Ymir, Doombot, BlueCross, Lerk, Iguana Eater, Night Owl, Shadow Dancer, Amish Commando, Alexand The Killer Bee, Panoply and Hatchetman...

if u look moore closely at them the titles are fun 2...

The Unwashed Villagers were an online fanclub/clan/group/whatever of the original Fallout when it came out. When FO2 came out, Interplay/BI included the group in the game as a special encounter. Those names are the forum names of the people in the group. So there are/were real people out there that the game is refering to.
