You sould have one from Inacerus Prison, Afther you put the keys in the pedastals you get a Wand with one charge.

Hmmmm, I think in The D'arnise Keep you can find one on the second floor inside of the open fire..... Or something t hat looks like it... might be a lightning one?? I duno...

I think Seabass is right. Inside of the fire place in the bedroom of Lord D'Arnise. Don't forget, it is trapped.
