Lab Station in Ebon Hawk
I just discovered while fighting the Red Eclipse on the Ebon Hawk that there is indeed a lab station inside. Its in the medical Bay in the corner. Where Jolee spent his time in the first game.

Sorry
I dont know what now. But when I was fighting the Red Eclipse on the E. Hawk I went all overr the ship to take them all out and went to the medical bay. They came out of there and I saw it behind them in the corner and when I went back it was gone but there was a black mark where it was like after a bomb went off so I dont even know anymore.
oh if its one kotor 1 then never mind i only have kotor 2
Lab stations and even the components system on the workbench are entirely new to KotOR 2. What they mean is that it is the room where Jolee Bindo used to stand in the first game, the medical bay.
I think its entirely likely they put it in, then removed for continuity - why would it be there besides being a new feature of the game? The Ebon Hawk originally didn't have one, and there would be no reason for Revan to install one, since all he needed from the Ebon Hawk was to take him to the unknown regions.
Just a reminder: Disciple is a walking lab station
Is he? I've not played a female character to find out. But T3 definitely is.

In the same option if your character has security skill (between the grenades and attack options aka the Force powers option in combat). you can scroll down to the tunnelers to augment the security attempt at opening a lock.
Very rarely had to use one (I think only twice through the whole game). Was just hoping to break down the tunnelers from G0T0 into components or sell for cash.

People say Baodur only makes shield for a very short time, until you talk about him about the lightsaber.
I was thinking yesterday too about breaking down the items your party members make... tunnelers might be a good idea.
I have to say though, probably the best item-maker is Handmaiden. (she makes free handmaiden's robes )

True, very true.
As for you guys that cant figure it out, Fight the Red Eclipse at Nar Shadaa. When you are fighting them on your ship go to the Medical room. this is also where Diciple stands. You cant see it though if you go to the Red Eclipse boss though. The only time you can view it and I mean the ONLY time is while you are fighting on the ship. not before or after only during.
Getting shields from Bao Dur seems to be hit and miss. I can't get it to pop up in conversation everytime.
I believe this only happens in the early stages of the game (I've heard it suggested it's befrore you take your prestige class, but never tested it). And, of course, like stims from Mandalore and Spikes from T3, you can only get the shields if you have fewer than X number (total) in your inventory. Which you almost never do..
T3 no problem though he doesn't give spikes all the time but the option to ask is always there.
Anybody ever get security tunnelers from G0T0?
Again, I believe it's a matter of how many you have in your inventory. By the time you get GOTO, you've usually got loads, so he won't oblige...

Lab station during the Red Eclipse attack is a known bug. There is a download mod avaliable to make the station permenant over at TSL Team Gizka site.
Bau gives you shields until you have too many. Then break them down or sell them & ask him for more. Same with T3 for the spikes, Goto for tunnelers, Mira for grenades, stims from Mandalore, med packs from male deciple.
You get nothing from Atton, female handmaiden, Keria, Visa except conversaiton. & I must say it is pretty useless because all the same questions appear, even when you have the complete answer to that piticular conversation line.
In KOTOR 1, you had both stations on it due to half the game being played as a non-jedi & you needed both. In KOTOR2 you start as a jedi & at least can get heal power rather quick, so you don't have a great need for med packs
