Another The Beatles reference is in the Santa Monica hospital. When u check in the computer the names of the staff, there's one "Dr. Roberts" (Beatles' song). If u look his bios, it says "No one can succeed like Dr. Roberts", verse from that song.

Anybody noticed the Camarilla ending? It is exactly like the ending of Indiana Jones and the lost ark...

There are a few ways to do Velvet's quests. You can try the romance route, which nets you some innuendo, an autographed photo, and a poster. Or--and this is the route that I just tried, and is now my official favorite--you can give her lip. If there is a sarcastic answer, use it. Still take the quests, but be annoying as hell. Velvet's final response when you ask about rewards is classic.

I'd quote that response but hate including "expletive deleted" statements.

Don't forget the wounderful bullet time magic of Celerity... Thou mind you, Celerity has been with the game long before the films The Matrix came out.. But then again, The Matrix was based off a comic book, which I don't KNOW how long it's been out.. But then again, comic books can't have slow motoin speical effects... So.. In the end.. I will explode into affrican elephants.

I'm glad others have seen this. When you are embraced, the clock manufacturer is "Zaphod" AKA Zaphod Beeblebrox from "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". The missing sewer workers, are as has been mentioned, are the "Last Seasons Winners!" from the movie "The Running Man", based on the Stephen King short story written as Richard Bachman. On the radio, the pathetic loser that tries to con "The Deb of Night" with owning three yachts gives his name as "Vigo". "Vigo" is the demon that the pathetic museum curator tries to resurrect in "Ghostbusters II". On the other hand, "The Deb of Night" has good Italian. She asks "Vigo", in the polite tense, "Do you speak Italian?". I doubt that any of this was done by accident. There are just too many of them. Somebody at Troika had an arcane sense of humor.

One thing I found really cool is that when you have to find the bounty hunter in Santa Monica there is a poster in his apartment. On that poster is a picture of a woman named Imalia or something. Imalia who you meet later is a nosteratu (sp) who use to be a model.

Or "The Tick"
When playing as Malkavian, VV asks you what happens to kindred who break the masquerade. One of the answers you can give is "the comfy chair". A monthy python reference (The Spanish Inquisition sketch).
Or it could be a reference to the cartoon series "The Tick" where one of the more diabolic foes he fought was the "Comfy Chair", a chair that was so comfortable, when you sat in it, almost nobody was strong-willed enough to get back out of it, so they tended to die in it.

I'm trying to remember who it was I was talking to when I got these options but I think it was Jack. Oh and I was playing Tremere.

"Well... I voted republican." in response to a question of what was the worse thing I had ever done.

And

"So he is like Bush then?" in response to a comment made in regards to the Prince and how he does what he wants and uses who he needs to in order to get his own agenda done.
