Frame rate drop?

Does anyone experience frame rate drops after 15-20 minutes of play time?
I have a NEW Dell 933mhz w/128mb ram 32mb ddr Geforce2 gts video running Win Me and Dx8.0.

I had a problem like that with my old video card. Disable 3D acceleration.

Yeah, I've got this often when it comes to light-effects(Talos-temple)...

I was hoping to keep the 3d accel going.
Thats why I dished out the bucks for a new system.

I'm sure it will work with other games. Baldur's Gate 2 just doesn't support some cards.

Darwin: I had the same problem on my machine (900 Mhz etc etc). I tried everything and finally turned off the environmental audio and everything worked just fine. I left all the other 3d eye candy on. Don't ask why turning EA works but it did for me....
